The Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall is a national monument and recognized cultural landscape celebrated for its historical, cultural, and artistic significance. Its architectural uniqueness and historical symbolism have made it one of Taiwan’s most important cultural assets. As a major attraction in Taipei, the Memorial Hall strives to enhance service quality and ensure visitor safety. Under the Taipei City Government’s “2019 Muslim-Friendly Tourist Attractions and Accommodation Guidance Program,” it has set up a Muslim prayer room, fostering an inclusive and multicultural travel environment that welcomes visitors across Southeast Asia. It is the first institution under the Ministry of Culture to receive a Muslim-Friendly Environment (MFE) certification.
